Can I have my pet’s teeth cleaned at HealthySmiles without being a member?Of course! However, members receive a discount on dental cleanings + other perks. Becoming a member is the best value if you plan to maintain your pet’s dental care at the recommended rate of 2 cleanings per year.

How many dental cleanings are included in the membership?We offer two types of membership plans: 2 pet dental cleanings per year (one every 6 months) and 3 pet dental cleanings per year (one every 4 months).

How much does the membership cost?The monthly payment price varies by pet weight. Calculate your membership here.

Can I pay once per year?Yes! One low monthly payment option is available for members.

When will my membership be billed?You will be billed 30 days after you first sign up for membership.

What is the membership period?The HealthySmiles Club is a monthly or annual subscription plan lasting 12 months. Monthly payments will automatically be charged each month during the 12-month subscription period unless you cancel your subscription. At the end of the subscription period, your membership will automatically renew for an additional 12-month period at the then current plan rates.

What forms of payment do you accept for memberships?We accept all major credit or debit card payments for memberships. These include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. Prepaid cards such as Cash App or Venmo Cards are not accepted. Gift cards are not accepted.

How can I schedule a membership appointment?We will schedule your pet's next dental appointment during the check-out of your most recent appointment. To reschedule an appointment, call the Pet Dental Spa location where your appointment is scheduled or email membership@healthysmiles.pet.

How can I cancel my membership?If your pet’s subscription is not meeting your expectations, let us know! You may cancel this membership without penalty at any time before your next billing cycle. Please email us at membership@healthysmiles.pet for any questions, concerns, or to cancel the membership. Please note: Any payments charged up to the cancellation date will not be refunded.

I need to change my card for the next billing cycle - how can I do this?Call your local pet dental spa or our customer service number, and one of our team members will be able to update your account with the new card you’d like to use.
